I have the address for the return, however, I need to know how customer returns this to you. Do you submit a return authorization to us? Since motherboard is defective, our customer should not have to pay for the return. What is your procedure?

please send to the adress, if the motherboard is defective... (why ?) we will refund the extra shipping cost.

please print the receipe.
